But Shodhan kriyas are a sequence of internal body cleansing techniques that ancient Yogis employed to be ready for more advanced techniques.
This course will teach you about the many ways the body may be detoxified of toxins with the least amount of external equipment in addition to providing you with practical experience with a few fundamental cleansing methods.
